After growing up and attending high school in New Jersey, Frank moved to New York City and earned a BFA degree in Film and Television from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
After college, Frank worked as a Reader for Grosvenor Park in Santa Monica, CA, where he provided coverage for feature screenplays in need of independent financing.
His first feature screenplay, "The Pass," won a Comedy Award at Amazon Studios and was a Finalist for Best Comedy Screenplay with judge Ivan Reitman.
From there, Frank was hired to write a feature comedy called “Formula to Fame” for an independent producer in New York.
Frank's next script, a sports comedy, "Rusty Trombone," won Best Feature Screenplay at the 2014 All Sports Los Angeles Film Festival.
In 2015, Frank worked with producer Alexandra Milchan, from New Regency, and Kenan Thompson on the development of an action-comedy called “Mistaken Identity.”
In 2016, Frank was hired to develop a TV series called “Connected” with award-winning actor Armand Assante.
The same year he was hired by The Blu Market to develop a TV series for its CEO Steven Forkosh and his then partner Kevin Jonas, from the Jonas Bros.
Frank has now worked with and continues to develop both TV and film projects for companies such as New Regency, Amazon Studios, Double E Pictures, Julius Nasso Productions, The Blu Market, Double E, Fayzi Films, Nova Entertainment Group, and others.
